Job Description

Responsibilities: Analyze collection data to identify trends and develop strategies that improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding debts. Monitor payment transactions to detect delinquent accounts and take timely action to minimize risk. Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements professionally and empathetically. Implement and adhere to collection policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
