We are recruiting for an IFA Team Manager to join a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in London for our client. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of Supervising Social Workers while ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and support for foster families. 

What will your responsibilities be? 

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of social workers. 
  • Oversee foster carer recruitment, assessments, reviews, and development. 
  • Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and safeguarding standards. 
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement. 
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience within children's social care. 
  • Previous experience supervising or managing social work teams. 
  • Strong knowledge of fostering services, safeguarding, and relevant legislation. 
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
