You'll also contribute to thought leadership and expert-led content that elevates LivaNova's voice and credibility across our channels.

We’re looking for someone who can move seamlessly from strategy to execution — bringing insight on industry trends, shaping audience and content plans, and managing channels and reporting with precision.

What you'll do:
Enterprise social media management
• Lead enterprise social media planning, publishing, and day-to-day management across LivaNova's corporate social channels

Define channel-specific strategies — including platform mix, content approach, and audience targeting — that reflect LivaNova's brand voice and serve the needs of clinician, patient, partner, and investor audiences
• Monitor engagement and social conversation, manage community interactions in line with brand and compliance guidelines, and identify reputational or compliance risks for escalation as appropriate
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to source, adapt, and amplify content across channels, including opportunities where paid support may help extend reach.
• Strong organizational and project management skills — able to manage a busy day-to-day social calendar while building longer-term programs in parallel
• Proficiency with social media management, listening, and analytics tools
• Skilled at working across functions and levels — comfortable engaging with clinicians, executives, and marketing teams alike

Integrated content planning
• Work alongside the Corporate Marketing and Communications team to maintain a unified organizational content calendar spanning news, announcements, executive content, campaigns, and social
• Ensure social content is coordinated with major company announcements, press activity, and external communications priorities
• Serve as a connecting point across Communications, Marketing, and other functions on shared content priorities and timing
• Support cross-functional planning meetings and keep the calendar current so
stakeholders have clear visibility into upcoming content

Cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as a day-to-day connector between Communications, Marketing, Innovation, and other stakeholders on content planning and social strategy
• Bring a strategic perspective to how social content contributes to LivaNova's brand reputation, while remaining hands-on with execution

What you bring:
• 4–7+ years managing enterprise or organizational social media accounts, with
experience setting direction for social channels and a strong track record on LinkedIn and other major platforms
• Strong writer and editor — able to translate complex clinical or scientific content into clear, engaging copy for diverse audiences
• Experience managing or contributing to a cross-functional content calendar, ideally alongside a communications, PR, or external affairs function
• Comfortable working in a regulated industry — familiar with Medical, Legal, Regulatory review processes, claims discipline, adverse event awareness, and content accuracy expectations, or able to learn them quickly

Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare communications
• Experience working alongside or embedded within an external or corporate
communications function
• Experience supporting thought-leadership, expert content, or employee advocacy efforts
• Familiarity with investor relations or public affairs content
• Video or multimedia content experience (short-form video, executive interviews, etc.)
• Support executive, subject-matter expert, and clinical leader social content, including LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership opportunities
• Track and report on social performance (engagement, reach, follower growth, Share of Voice) and translate data into clear recommendations
• Apply accessible and inclusive social media practices, including clear copy, captions, alt-text guidance, and platform-appropriate formatting
• Manage external vendor relationships and contracts supporting social media work
• Stay current on industry trends, platform developments, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices for social media in healthcare and medtech.
• Work alongside the Corporate Marketing and Communications team to maintain a unified organizational content calendar spanning news, announcements, executive content, campaigns, and social

• Serve as a connecting point across Communications, Marketing, and other functions on shared content priorities and timing
• Support cross-functional planning meetings and keep the calendar current so
stakeholders have clear visibility into upcoming content
• Serve as a day-to-day connector between Communications, Marketing, Innovation, and other stakeholders on content planning and social strategy
• Bring a strategic perspective to how social content contributes to LivaNova's brand reputation, while remaining hands-on with execution
