Social Media Sales Specialist
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Social Media Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing travel and hospitality company specializing in all-inclusive vacation experiences.
This role is focused on converting social media engagement into real sales opportunities. You will interact directly with users who engage with vacation deal content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
The ideal candidate is highly responsive, confident communicating in English, comfortable with social selling, and able to turn conversations into bookings through fast, personalized, and customer-focused interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Engagement & Visibility
  • Monitor and actively engage with followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in real time
  • Increase post visibility and engagement through active participation and conversation management
  • Support brand presence by maintaining a professional and engaging communication style

Social Sales & Lead Conversion
  • Identify and prioritize high-intent customer inquiries from comments and DMs
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and persuasive responses regarding destinations, resorts, and travel deals
  • Deliver personalized quotes and booking guidance through private messages
  • Share booking links and assist customers throughout the reservation process
  • Proactively follow up with leads to improve conversion rates and move customers through the sales funnel

CRM & Sales Support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and conversions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Escalate complex inquiries when necessary
  • Assist in improving workflows, templates, automations, and response efficiency

Requirements
  • Fluent English at a near-native level (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
    • Social media engagement
    • Social commerce
    • Digital customer service
    • Online sales or customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to generate or support sales through social media platforms
  • Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of interactions
  • Comfortable handling customer conversations and sales opportunities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or ecommerce industries
  • Experience with DM automation tools and social selling workflows
  • Background in customer service and inside sales environments
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies and conversion tactics
