Social Media Manager

An experienced Social Media Manager is needed for a 6-month contract, with a primary focus on elevating and executing an enterprise B2B social strategy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. This person will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel social content, thought leadership programs, community engagement initiatives, and integrated social campaigns.

Updated Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Manage owned-channel content, executive/spokesperson amplification, community engagement, and partner storytelling across social channels.
• Write and adapt platform-native content tailored to the audience and best practices of each channel.
• Manage editorial calendars, publishing schedules, and content pipelines across multiple social platforms.
• Analyze social performance data across channels to generate insights and optimization recommendations.
• Stay current on platform updates, social media trends, emerging channels, and industry best practices.
• Partner with community management teams to drive engagement and audience growth across platforms.

Updated Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• 5+ years of experience managing social media programs for B2B brands across multiple social platforms.
• Demonstrated experience developing content strategies for professional and business audiences across LinkedIn and other major social channels.
• Strong understanding of organic social content strategy, audience growth, engagement tactics, and analytics across multiple platforms.

This is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
