Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Prior experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing role is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team in Sofia.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a multicultural workspace.
