Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is seeking talented Securitisation Lawyers to join our network in anticipation of upcoming client needs.

We are looking for individuals with experience in structured finance and securitisation matters, including but not limited to:

• Advising on private securitisations across various asset classes, such as credit card, auto loan, mortgage loan, and trade receivables portfolios.
• Supporting financing transactions, including portfolio acquisitions.
• Providing advice on back-leverage/loan-on-loan transactions.
• Offering regulatory guidance related to structured finance.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with substantial securitisation experience from either private practice or in-house.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK.
