Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from corporate or commercial lawyers who are interested in supporting a pharmaceuticals client at Simmons & Simmons.

This is expected to be a full-time, fully remote, role for 6 months.

Person specification:

  • You are a junior/mid-level lawyer with corporate/M&A or commercial experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
  • You will ideally have experience with due diligence.
  • Experience working on restructuring or liquidation is a plus.
  • You are proactive and trustworthy.
  • You are accountable to the work you take on when working remotely.   
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
