About the Role

The ServiceNow Architect will be part of the Norseman Services delivery organization, providing high-impact, scalable consulting support for client initiatives across the ServiceNow platform, with areas of expertise in AI Control Tower, security (IRM/SecOps), and IT service operations (ITx).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Norseman and ServiceNow stakeholders to deliver targeted expertise aligned to current initiatives.

• Design, implement, and optimize solutions across the ServiceNow platform, serving as a platform architect who can create roadmaps and discuss AI, security, and IT operations.

• Provide advisory and consulting services, guidance, and recommendations, with hands-on advisory and execution support as needed.

• Support ServiceNow engagements as a technical architect and advisor.

• Work within a team that may scale quickly for short-duration spikes or critical delivery phases.

• Adapt quickly to evolving scope, priorities, and workload demands.

Preferred Expertise Beyond Overall ServiceNow Platform Knowledge

AI Control Tower and Security (SecOps/IRM)

• Deep expertise in AI governance, control towers, monitoring, and security operations.

• Experience aligning AI initiatives with enterprise security, compliance, and risk frameworks.

ITx / Service Management

• Strong background in IT service management, IT operations, and asset management.

• Experience across incident, problem, change, and configuration management.

• Proven ability to optimize operational workflows and service delivery models.

Client-Driven Consulting

• Ability to interact with customers based on client-indicated demand and priorities.

• Potential focus areas include healthcare systems and regulatory environments, CRM platforms and customer experience operations, and industry-specific platforms, processes, or compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a professional services organization, including consulting experience.

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise with an understanding of operational requirements.

• Senior-level consulting or delivery experience in relevant technical or industry domains.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with client leadership.

• Proven adaptability in fast-moving, multidisciplinary environments.

• Ability to field questions from customers across the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Experience in the public sector or healthcare.
