Who You Are
As an SEO Specialist at Braven Agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with other team members, including content writers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, and the ability to analyze data to drive informed decisions.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies, including technical SEO audits and improvements.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and title tags to improve search engine rankings.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and content marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Create and present regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure website technical SEO is optimized.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of overall digital marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and traffic.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Passion for digital marketing and SEO.
- Experience with local SEO is a plus.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media) is a plus.
