Position Overview

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an SEO Specialist & WordPress Developer to help build and grow our consumer parking discovery platform.

This role will focus on creating search-optimized parking pages across cities, neighborhoods, venues, airports, events, and other destinations, then using performance data to determine what we build and optimize next.

Working closely with Marketing and Product, this person will help shape our organic search strategy, prioritize page development, and continuously improve our custom WordPress-based CMS so PMC can efficiently scale its digital parking footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize consumer parking pages for cities, neighborhoods, venues, airports, events, and other high-intent destinations.
• Conduct keyword and search-intent research to identify new page opportunities and determine which markets and destinations should be prioritized.
• Monitor organic search performance, traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions to understand what is working and where improvements are needed.
• Partner with Marketing and Product to develop SEO strategy, prioritize page development, and identify new opportunities based on search demand, business priorities, parking inventory, and performance data.
• Continuously optimize existing pages to improve search visibility and conversion.
• Help evolve PMC's custom WordPress-based CMS, recommending and implementing improvements that make it easier and faster to build, manage, and scale destination pages.
• Develop reusable page templates, components, and structures that support scalable content creation.
• Maintain strong technical SEO across the site, including site architecture, internal linking, indexing, schema, redirects, page performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Support ongoing WordPress development, troubleshooting, integrations, and website enhancements.
• Implement and maintain analytics and conversion tracking to accurately measure digital performance.
• Stay current on changes in organic and AI-driven search and recommend how PMC should adapt its digital strategy.
