Senior Vocational Sales Manager

Position Overview

International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Vocational Sales Manager. The Senior Vocational Sales Manager will report into the Vocational Sales Director and oversee the sale of International Trucks to government, fire, and emergency customers in an assigned territory. In this position, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that result in year over year volume and profit growth, while delivering a customer experience second to none. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Managing relationships with dealers and represent them across relevant functional areas within Navistar
• Develop sales strategies and execution plans
• Achieve the pricing, market share, revenue and profit margin goals
• Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services and introduces new products

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales, product support or engineering experience
• At least 1 years of lead experience

OR

• Master's degree and at least 3 years of sales, product support or engineering experience
• At least 1 years of lead experience

OR

• At least 8 years of sales, product support or engineering experience
• At least 1 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
