AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end post-sale technical relationship for enterprise customers across Latin America, managing onboarding, adoption, and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing technical advice on platform architecture while identifying opportunities for account growth.

About Us
The way people find information is being rewritten in real time. Answers now come from models, not endless blue links, and most organisations have no idea whether those models understand them, misrepresent them, or skip them entirely.

We fix that. We turn memory into visibility for some of the most recognisable brands in the world. Backed by tier 1 investors, we are a small, technical team at the edge of a category whose playbook is still being written.

About the Role
As our Senior Technical Account Manager for LATAM, you own the post-sale technical relationship across the region, end to end and in three languages. From onboarding through renewal, you are the person accountable for whether an enterprise customer adopts our platform, stays healthy, and grows.

You run the relationship in Portuguese, Spanish and English. You read each account's technical and commercial health, catch risk before it becomes churn, and see the expansion moment before the customer asks for it. This is a technical AI product, so you get deep enough on how it works to advise credibly on architecture and implementation, and you hold your own with a technical team without hiding behind them.

This is an own-and-advise seat in a small team, not a task-taker role. If you run accounts tightly, read them technically and commercially, and want to own a region's post-sale relationship, we want to hear from you.

About You

  • Trilingual to a client-facing standard: native or fluent Portuguese, fluent Spanish, native-level English. Non-negotiable — the role is cross-market and client-facing in all three.

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or technical client-facing delivery in B2B SaaS, martech, or digital marketing/SEO — and you've owned accounts personally, not sat on the team that did.

  • You already know GEO, SEO, LLMs, or AI-search concepts, and engage with how the technology actually works rather than staying at the surface.

  • Self-directed, organised, comfortable in a technical environment, and comfortable deciding for yourself how the work gets done.

What You'll Work On

  • Onboarding and adoption — getting enterprise customers live, proving value early, embedding the platform into how they work.

  • Account health — structured, frequent reviews to monitor usage, surface at-risk accounts, and step in early.

  • Retention and expansion — owning renewals across LATAM and identifying the moment an account is ready to grow.

  • Client relationship — carrying the account across Portuguese, Spanish and English as the customer's point of contact for anything complex.

  • Product and platform fluency — getting deep on the product so you can advise on its technical advantage credibly.

  • Customer voice — turning what you hear across the region into clear input for product and go-to-market.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in the 1–10 (million ARR) startup growth phase — Seed → Series A → Series B equivalent.

  • Trilingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English, holding up in writing and on a call — not conversational only.

  • 7+ years enterprise Customer Success / Technical Account Management experience, with accounts owned end to end.

  • Prior knowledge of GEO, SEO, LLMs, or AI-search.

  • Comfort in a technical environment: you follow technical discussions and grasp product mechanics quickly.

  • A self-directed, own-and-advise operating style, comfortable with ambiguity in a high-agency team.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of the Brazilian market: clients, buying behaviour, and the media/source landscape.

  • Experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot) and client-comms tooling.

  • Background managing and delivering to enterprise clients.
