We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer based remotely in the CEE or Balkans region.

2. Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)

3. Notice Period: Up to 1 month

4. Language: Fluent English (minimum C1)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Candidate Sourcing & Strategic Pipelining: Architect and execute proactive sourcing strategies using advanced techniques (Boolean search, X-ray, talent mapping) to build robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective talent, crafting personalized, highly engaging outreach to attract passive top-tier professionals.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define candidate personas, calibrate talent pools, and streamline selection processes.

• Market Intelligence & Analytics: Track funnel conversion rates, measure sourcing channel ROI, and leverage market data to guide hiring strategies and optimize outcomes.

• Process Optimization: Identify market trends, test new sourcing channels/tools, and contribute to standardizing best practices across the talent acquisition team.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Senior Sourcer: You have 3–4 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience, ideally in fast-paced tech, scale-up, or RPO/agency environments.

• Sourcing Specialist: Mastery of advanced Boolean search, alternative search channels, candidate mapping, and standard recruitment tools.

• Location & Alignment: You are based within the CEE or Balkans region (aligned with CET working hours for seamless team and client collaboration).

• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1 required) to effectively partner with international team members and stakeholders.

• Analytical Problem-Solver: Data-informed mindset with a track record of diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and adapting strategy to land competitive talent.

• Systems Savvy: Proficient with major ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, etc.).
