The role involves supporting the Talent Attraction Media team by shaping recruitment marketing ideas and coordinating content across various channels. You will work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and improve candidate engagement strategies.
YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE
We are looking for someone internally to support our Talent Attraction Media team on a 4–5 month maternity cover. This would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, stakeholder engagement and creative thinking, and who has an interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding or candidate attraction.
You do not need to have done this exact role before. The key things we are looking for are strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence working with stakeholders, good organisational skills, and curiosity about how we attract and engage candidates. The role will be supported by a TAC who can help with administration and coordination.
YOU WILL:
Working with recruiters, hiring teams and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate attraction challenges across two or three accounts.
Helping shape simple, effective recruitment marketing ideas that support live hiring priorities.
Supporting content, campaign and communications activity across channels such as social media, email, talent communities, job advertising and hiring events.
Helping ensure candidate-facing messages are clear, engaging and aligned to the employer brand.
Coordinating activity, keeping stakeholders updated and helping move projects forward with support from the wider team.
Reviewing campaign or attraction activity to understand what is working and where we can improve.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence managing stakeholders, asking good questions and keeping people updated.
Good organization and the ability to manage several moving parts at once.
An interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate attraction or creative sourcing ideas.
Some understanding of how to engage candidates and make opportunities stand out.
A proactive, curious and collaborative approach.
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, communications or client/stakeholder support would be helpful, but full recruitment marketing experience is not essential.
This will be primarily supporting NAM accounts, the successful candidate should be able to be available to work these hours.
