Senior Student Success Consultant (MUST have experience on Banner Student Accounts Receivable) - United States Remote

Ellucian is seeking an experienced Senior Student Success Consultant with a focus on Accounts Receivable to join the North American Professional Services team. This role serves as a functional leader responsible for delivering complex implementations, mentoring consultants, and driving consulting excellence across the Student Success portfolio.

Where you will make an impact

• Serve as the recognized functional authority for Banner Accounts Receivable implementations.
• Lead complex, strategic, or high-visibility customer engagements.
• Provide consulting guidance that aligns customer business processes with industry-leading practices.
• Mentor and coach Senior Consultants while supporting onboarding and enablement activities.
• Develop and mature implementation methodology, consulting assets, and delivery standards.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services leadership to improve delivery outcomes.
• Lead customer escalations and provide guidance on complex functional challenges.
• Influence implementation strategy across multiple projects and consulting teams.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that improve delivery quality and customer success.
• Meet customer satisfaction, utilization, and strategic business objectives.

What you will bring

• 3-5 years of Banner Accounts Receivable implementation experience.
• Professional consulting experience leading customer implementations.
• Demonstrated success leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
• Deep functional expertise across Banner Accounts Receivable with strong understanding of Student and Financial Aid integrations.
• Proven experience mentoring consultants and developing consulting best practices.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead customer strategy discussions and influence executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
