Our delivery is built on Aedeon, the agent platform built by Mactores' founders' sister company, Aedeon Inc. Aedeon absorbs the repetitive 60–70% of engagement work, discovery, mapping, validation, test generation, while forward-deployed engineers own architecture, judgment, and cutover. About Aedeon

Aedeon is the agent platform for enterprise modernization, built by Aedeon Inc., a separate product company founded by the same team that founded Mactores. Aedeon turns the systems already running a business applications, databases, data platforms, business rules, workflows into governed AI agents, grounded in a persistent Code Intelligence Graph of the customer's own code and verified through behavior-equivalence proof. Aedeon is delivered as a product, not a services engagement, and runs without mandatory forward-deployed engineers. 

Role at a glance 
You'll join the team building Aedeon. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role,  not a management or lead position,  for someone who wants to stay close to the code and the infrastructure. You'll work across our Python services and the Kubernetes infrastructure they run on, and you'll take real ownership of how Aedeon ships: release calendar, deployment coordination, and being there when production needs you.

The Path to Joining the Mactores Team

At Mactores, our recruitment process is built around distinct structured stages. Here's an overview of what to expect at each stage:

Pre-Employment Assessment: 

A series of evaluations of your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

Technical Interview:
A hands-on session with one of our panel members covering your technical skills, hands-on experience, and how you deliver quality under pressure. 

Panel Interview:
A structured conversation with members of the hiring team covering your experience, product thinking, and how you work. 

HR Discussion:
During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
