The Role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who brings creative thinking, strong ownership, and a mentorship mindset. In this role, you will drive the development of major features, architect clean code, and help elevate the engineering team's technical standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Build & Innovate: Develop large-scale features, implement third-party integrations, and optimize web applications for a expanding customer base.

  • Technical Leadership: Write and review technical designs, drive coding best practices, and conduct thorough, constructive code reviews.

  • Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior engineers, actively participate in agile processes (planning, design reviews, retrospectives), and contribute to cross-team architectural discussions.

  • Maintain Excellence: Improve code maintainability and testability by writing robust unit tests and proactively identifying system upgrades.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 7+ years of professional web application development experience. A CS degree is a plus.

  • Backend Expertise: Expert-level Python skills alongside a solid understanding of CS fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Frontend Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

  • Data & DevOps: Solid knowledge of MongoDB or SQL databases, Git, and Docker (AWS and Kubernetes experience are major pluses).

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and the autonomy to thrive independently in a fully remote setup.
