Job Description – Senior Securities Account Executive – National Accounts

Minimum Educational Requirement:
Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Years of Experience:
12+ years of progressive experience in complex direct sales and/or channel sales environments
The Senior Securities Account Executive – National Accounts, is responsible for generating and growing revenue for AD Banker’s securities education product line by actively building, managing, and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities. This role owns strategic, high‑complexity sales engagements within an assigned national territory and operates with a high degree of autonomy in advancing the most critical revenue opportunities from discovery through close.
The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who is equally comfortable developing new business, expanding strategic partner relationships, and leading complex sales engagements involving senior‑level decision makers. Revenue generation will come from net‑new client acquisition, expansion and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing partner base, and strategic sales initiatives intended to position AD Banker as a market leader within the financial services education industry.
This role serves as a senior individual contributor and subject‑matter leader within the sales organization, influencing deal strategy, account planning, and long‑range growth while maintaining direct accountability for revenue outcomes.
This position does not supervise the work of others.
This role interacts regularly with peers, cross‑functional partners, and sales leadership. Externally, the role engages directly with clients, partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders, including escalation and support situations within the assigned territory.

***$120,000-125,000 base plus a 60% variable commission plan.
