Tasks

Your Mission

As a (Senior) Sales Manager DACH market & Northern Italy, you will play a key role in expanding hotelkit's presence across these two strategic markets.

You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from the initial outreach and product demonstrations to successful contract negotiations and closing deals. Your mission is to help hoteliers transform their operations with hotelkit, enabling more efficient workflows and stronger team collaboration.

By combining your SaaS sales expertise, your deep understanding of hotel operations, and your regional network with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive sustainable growth across DACH region and Northern Italy.

A successful day in this role might look like this:

  • Conducting 2+ engaging product demos or meetings with hotel decision-makers.
  • Managing a healthy and balanced sales pipeline, including both outbound prospects and inbound leads.
  • Making 10+ calls per day and achieving 150+ sales activities per week across multiple channels.
  • Generating at least 10 new sales opportunities per month through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing and SDR teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

Your playground

  • Own the entire sales cycle - from first contact to signed contracts.
  • Consultative selling - you understand your customers' challenges and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, both remotely and on-site, to hotel professionals and decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence and a results-driven mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Stay on top of market developments, identifying industry trends and new business opportunities.
  • Represent hotelkit at trade fairs, conferences, and hospitality industry events.

Requirements

Is that you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the hotel tech industry.
  • A passion for digital solutions and the hospitality industry.
  • An established network within the DACH region and/or the hospitality industry in Northern Italy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A structured, proactive, and results-oriented way of working.
  • Curious and eager to learn—you enjoy developing your skills and sharing your knowledge with the team.
  • Fluent in German, English, and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned sales region.
