Position Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth and market development for slope stabilisation, rockfall protection, erosion control and geotechnical infrastructure solutions across civil, mining, transport and infrastructure markets. The role combines technical expertise, practical construction knowledge and commercial acumen to develop customer relationships, secure project specifications and deliver profitable growth. Key Responsibilities – Sales & Business Development

Develop sales strategies; build relationships with consultants, contractors, government authorities and asset owners; manage pipeline opportunities; prepare quotations, tenders and proposals; negotiate commercial agreements; maintain CRM records; achieve revenue and margin targets.


Technical Support & Solution Development

Provide technical advice on slope stabilisation, rockfall protection and ground reinforcement systems. Review geotechnical reports, specifications and drawings. Develop value-engineered solutions. Conduct site inspections and customer consultations. Coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations teams. Cross-reference internal manufacturing, fabrication, procurement and delivery programs with customer construction programs to ensure project milestones are achieved. Identify delivery risks and mitigation measures. Provide installation support, technical training and project troubleshooting.
