Senior Reward & Mobility Manager

About you and the role:

The Senior Reward & Mobility Manager is responsible for driving the Group’s reward and global mobility agenda, ensuring compensation, incentive, job architecture and mobility frameworks are strategically aligned, commercially robust, well governed and operationally effective across multiple jurisdictions and organisations.

The role provides senior technical and commercial advice to the Head of Global Total Reward & Benefits, HR, Finance and the business, translating business strategy, market practice and regulatory requirements into practical reward and mobility solutions.

As the counterpart to the Senior Global Benefits Manager, the role leads and provides technical depth and delivery across core reward and mobility activity. The role partners closely with HR and Finance to provide reward and mobility solutions, insights and recommendations that support organisational growth and workforce management. The role will be a key position in the transforming organisation, including acquisition integration, organisational change and expansion of reward and mobility programmes across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will be doing:

Reward

• Lead the design, delivery and governance of compensation, incentive and reward programmes across the Group, ensuring alignment to Total Reward strategy, affordability, market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Lead annual reward cycle governance, including salary reviews, bonus planning, market benchmarking, approval processes and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Maintain and evolve global pay structures, job architecture and grading frameworks, ensuring consistency with Group governance and design principles.
• Provide commercially balanced reward recommendations, papers and decision support the Group Head of Total Reward, HR stakeholders and senior governance forums as required.
• Governance & Analytics
• Develop with the team reward and mobility analytics and metrics, insights and market intelligence to support executive-ready recommendations, workforce planning and strategic decision making.
• Maintain effective governance, controls and compliance across reward and mobility activities, including clear policy ownership, decision rights, auditability and risk management.
• Responsible for audits, regulatory compliance, statutory filings and policy development.

Global Mobility

• Own the Group's HR mobility framework, including international assignments, international relocations and mobility policy governance.
• Ensure mobility programmes remain compliant, cost effective, employee appropriate and aligned to business needs, while balancing operational delivery with regulatory and tax considerations.
• Manage third-party mobility providers and key stakeholder relationships.

Projects & Change

• Deliver on reward and mobility workstreams for integrations, organisation design, workforce transformation and technology initiatives, ensuring delivery through the team and effective coordination with HR, Finance, Legal and external advisers.
• Drive solution-oriented process improvements, automation and operational efficiencies across reward and mobility activities, improving scalability, service quality and control.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, coach and develop a team of reward professionals, setting priorities, building capability and ensuring high-quality delivery across BAU activity, cyclical processes and transformation projects.
• Build strong relationships across HR, Finance and business leadership, acting as a credible senior adviser on reward and mobility matters across geographies.

 What you will bring:

• Deep technical knowledge of compensation, incentive plans, salary structures, reward and pay modelling, pay governance and reward framework design in a complex multinational environment.
• Job architecture creation/review, job evaluation and WTW grading methodologies.
• Market benchmarking, pay range development and reward analytics.
• Advanced ability to analyse and interpret financial, workforce and market data, converting complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations and decision materials.
• Global mobility practices including international assignments, relocations, expatriate programmes and cross-border working arrangements.
• Employment, payroll, tax and immigration considerations associated with international workforce and mobility.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM and other reward technologies and reporting tools used to support compensation and mobility activities.
• Strong understanding of risk, control and compliance requirements within a global insurance organisation.
• Advanced analytical capability, with experience using Excel, Power BI, HRIS/reporting tools and emerging technology to develop reward insights, dashboards, modelling tools and decision-support materials.
• Strong numeracy, statistical capability and applied modelling skills, with the ability to test assumptions, identify risks and present data-led recommendations clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using market, workforce and cost data to support reward strategy, governance and operational delivery.

The target base salary pay range for this role is $180,000-$200,000*

*Target full-time equivalent base salary range is based on relevant market data. The actual salary offered will depend on applicable market data for hiring location and relevant candidate knowledge, skills/experience. This salary range is not inclusive of applicable discretionary incentives.
