Overview

ABC Fitness is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire talent that supports our global growth. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, candidates, and People team partners to deliver a thoughtful, high-quality recruiting experience.
 

The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across roles and functions, with a focus on sourcing strong talent, advising hiring teams, creating inclusive candidate pipelines, and helping ABC make informed hiring decisions. This person will also support global recruiting needs and multilingual candidate engagement.
 

Candidates must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Polish language fluency is a plus.
 

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer, close, and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, define success profiles, and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates across local, regional, and global talent markets.
• Support recruiting for a range of roles, including professional, specialist, and leadership-level positions.
• Build strong candidate relationships and represent ABC Fitness with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions, candidate availability, interview process, and hiring tradeoffs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, and process documentation in Workday or other recruiting systems.
• Help improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to support thoughtful, consistent hiring decisions.
• Support talent engagement events, recruiting projects, and other People team initiatives as needed.
   

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or equivalent experience in talent acquisition, agency recruiting, RPO, or in-house recruiting.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to define role needs, assess talent, and manage recruiting processes.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive talent across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and candidate care.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling candidate, compensation, and business-sensitive information.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to use recruiting data, market insights, and pipeline health to guide hiring conversations.
• Comfort working in a global or distributed environment with changing priorities and business needs.

• Polish language fluency for supporting multilingual candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, customer operations, sales, product, engineering, or corporate functions.
• Experience supporting global recruiting or multilingual hiring processes.
• Experience recruiting leadership-level roles.
• Workday experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, talent mapping, or recruiting automation tools.
