As a Senior Recruiter on Honeywell Aerospace’s Manager-Sr. Director recruiting SWAT team, you will effectively shape the very future of Honeywell Aerospace’s leadership. You will both target and attract top talent across the US (and at times, the world), engaging and motivating them to join our leadership teams throughout all of our divisions.  Your expertise in recruiting will enable you to guide the candidate and hiring team through the hiring process, with focused attention on our key metrics including timing, diversity, hiring manager and candidate experience & satisfaction, and internal promotions. You will be focused on improvements and minimizing the time we don’t have people in the roles you’re tasked to fill.

You will work in a fast-paced, feedback-rich, performance-driven environment with a focus on delivering best-in-class experiences to internal and external contacts. This role will drive key executive searches within Honeywell Aerospace’s Business Groups and work closely with our Business Unit Presidents and/or Corporate Function Leaders.
