As we continue to grow, we're looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Associate who is passionate about bringing the best talent to the organization and excited to build relationships with some of the best talent in the industry.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate – Engineering/Technical Hiring to support hiring across our technical teams.
This role begins as a 3-month contractual engagement, offering an opportunity to demonstrate recruiting expertise, stakeholder management, and ownership. Successful candidates may be considered for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
You will work closely with the engineering team, founder, and hiring managers to attract top talent across Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE , AI, and Software Engineering domains.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions.
- Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, GitHub, tech communities, job portals, and networking.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment & Coordination
- Conduct initial HR screening discussions.
- Evaluate candidate experience, motivation, communication, and culture fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and feedback loops with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring reports.
- Track key hiring metrics and pipeline health.
- Support employer branding initiatives targeting technical talent.

What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Having BTech CSE/IT or BBA/MBA in IT and HR, with good knowledge of this specific hiring domain
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably technical recruitment.
- Thrives in startup environments where ownership and execution matter.
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Software roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and talent management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Wants to specialize in niche technical hiring
