Senior React / TypeScript Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React / TypeScript Developerto join a high-performing team working on an internal Customer 360 platform (1CSW)within the SAP BTP/MXP environment. This role is ideal for a frontend specialist who is passionate about building scalable, responsive, and user-centric web applications using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable React and TypeScript components.

• Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality frontend solutions.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and OData APIs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and backend developers.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot frontend issues and implement effective solutions.

• Contribute to agile ceremonies and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience developing web applications using React.js.

• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience integrating RESTful APIsand backend services.

• Good understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles.

• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpackand Babel.

• Strong working knowledge of Gitand version control best practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken).

• Must be based in Europeand eligible to work remotely within the region.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within SAP BTP/MXP environments.

• Exposure to enterprise-scale Customer 360 or CRM platforms.
