ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scope of role:

• Project: Typically manages large and/or complex, multi-platform projects or programs.

The primary focus of each role can be different depending on the role but may include some combination of each of the responsibilities outlined below. Team members should work with leadership to define the "composition" of their specific role to drive impact and generate outcomes. Career progression does not require demonstration of all accountabilities below.

Delivery and Execution:

• Provides subject matter expertise by following appropriate implementation plans. This may include scope, goals, scheduling, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.

Planning and Alignment:

• Implements plans to scale processes within assignments.
• Integrates milestones for own deliverables with related initiatives.
• Seeks opportunities to improve productivity, cost containment and improve project performance.

Status Updates and Progress:

• Delegates deliverables and reviews progress against established success metrics. Manages business needs and risks and implements established risk mitigation plans.

Collaboration:

• Identifies appropriate stakeholders and collaborates with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute defined assignments.

Change Management:

• Implements change approach, strategy, and plan for assigned initiatives.
• Manages change plan throughout the delivery lifecycle.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company’s active bonus policy for the respective year.
