About the role:
OLIVER is hiring a Project Manager to join the team!
The Project Manager will support the Account Manager and Business Director with producing both print and digital creative for our client in the B2B tech industry. As the Project Manager, you will ensure that work is assigned to appropriately throughout the creative team and manage production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Day-to-day management of all projects from start to completion
- Review all project requests with the team, schedule and plan accordingly
- Maintain accurate reporting on all projects’ status’ using our workflow management technology
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in workflow and/or asset management systems
- Clear communications with clients and manage client expectations
What you need to be great in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Project Management in a creative agency
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work under tight timelines
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- High attention to detail
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $85,000 to $95,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
