Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Senior Program Manager – Product Management to join our Digital Business Unit; Agile Project Management Office team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maturing and executing our portfolio and program management practices, tools, and communications across one or more of our digital product portfolios.
This position is part of our Global Product & Technology organization, where you will partner directly with Engineering and Product Management leaders to shape portfolio strategies, establish outcome-based measures, and bridge the physical and digital worlds for our customers.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Establish & Drive Portfolio Governance: Lead end-to-end portfolio management services—including intake, idea evaluation, resource assessment, and schedule tracking—to deliver executive reporting and ensure overall achievement of Digital Business Unit objectives.
Collaborate Across Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Go-To-Market execution teams, and executive leadership to align strategic roadmaps and build consensus on key portfolio initiatives.
Ensure Compliance with Frameworks & Driving Continuous Improvement: Implement and measure the adoption of standardized Product Management methodologies, Go-To-Market program frameworks, and change management best practices across assigned product portfolios.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role, with a strong preference for candidates possessing direct Portfolio Management experience.
Strong knowledge of digital technology industry practices (5+ years), long-term program portfolio roadmaps, and both Agile and Waterfall project management models.
Proven ability in executive facilitation, strategic problem-solving, cross-functional influencing, and leading complex Go-To-Market initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification, PMO leadership experience, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
