Role Objective

The Operations & Project Coordinator supports the client in organizing, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day operational initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring projects, workflows, and assigned responsibilities remain highly organized, on track, and completed with high accuracy across remote healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate day-to-day projects, operational initiatives, and assigned priorities to keep teams aligned.
  • Maintain project trackers, build routine status reports, and provide clear progress updates to the client.
  • Identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, or recurring operational delays, escalating issues with proposed solutions.
  • Help establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), trackers, and operational guidelines.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of new processes, software systems, and operational improvements.

Accountability & Stakeholder Communication

  • Track daily tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and open action items across ongoing projects.
  • Follow up consistently on outstanding tasks to ensure responsible parties meet set deadlines.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication between the client, internal team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, manage schedules, archive project documentation, and track key action items.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Background in project management, operations coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Accountability: Proactive follow-up skills with a strong sense of personal ownership over task completion.
  • Remote Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and remain productive in a remote setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management platforms, communication tools, documentation software, and general productivity suites.
