The Senior Product Owner will manage the product backlog, user stories, and delivery priorities for an Employee Knowledge Management solution. They will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions while overseeing content governance, lifecycle automation, and performance tracking.

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Product Owner opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 months
Primary Responsibilities:
Own the product backlog, requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
Build and configure an Employee Knowledge Management (EKM) solution using SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Power Platform or Appian.
Develop governed content catalogs, metadata, publishing workflows, approvals, and lifecycle automation.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
Create Power BI dashboards to track content quality, coverage, and lifecycle performance.
Lead testing, release management, documentation, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
Apply AI-assisted tools to improve content management, automation, and delivery.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Advanced SharePoint Online configuration experience, including metadata, content types, search, and permissions.
Experience with Power Platform, Appian, or comparable low-code workflow technologies.
Experience with product ownership, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, testing, and release management.
Knowledge of content governance, taxonomy, information architecture, and lifecycle management.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and regulated environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-assisted development, advanced workflow automation, and platform deployment.
Background in financial services, compliance, or document-intensive environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $62.00 - $103.34/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
