We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and own end-to-end outcomes for complex product areas within our Invoicing Solution, spanning multiple teams. This enterprise billing platform connects warehouse chargeable events, customer contracts and rates, charge management, and invoice generation and delivery to enable accurate, timely billing across Lineage’s cold storage network. This is a REMOTE position. We are unable to sponsor work authorization, now or in the future, for this position.
We seek an individual who translates strategic goals into actionable solutions, influences across functions, and mentors developing Product Managers. Our Product Management team provides the vision, execution, and analysis to build our future. This role advances reliable, no-touch billing workflows, freeing Customer Care and operations for higher-value work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape product strategy and develop the roadmap for assigned product areas and services, taking a product-line view of priorities and aligning business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
- Partner with Finance and Operations, Finance, Commercial, Customer Care, and Engineering to prioritize opportunities; build executive-level trust and communicate the product vision, tradeoffs, and outcomes to secure alignment
- Collect and analyze user feedback and billing exceptions to understand current workflows and business needs and shape requirements, features, and end products
- Identify information for data-driven decisions and rapid issue resolution, including traceability from warehouse events through charges to invoices
- Produce and/or review business requirements for rate application, charge validation, and exception handling to deliver the intended business benefits
- Own the product lifecycle and outcomes from vision through implementation and post-launch evaluation, translating strategy into execution plans and leading cross-team alignment on facility rollout, user adoption, and continuous improvement
- Define and monitor KPIs for strategic outcomes, performance, adoption, and value, including billing accuracy and timeliness, no-touch processing, manual exceptions, and billing-related credits; partner with Finance to evaluate ROI and track financial benefits
- Collaborate with geographically diverse agile teams to execute the roadmap, coordinating integrations with warehouse management systems and downstream systems (e.g., Salesforce and Workday)
- Lead cross-team planning and tradeoff discussions, managing dependencies and risks across delivery streams and maintaining consistent stakeholder communication and feedback loops
- Understand end-to-end warehouse and billing processes to identify opportunities for scalable integrations, auditable transactions, and standardized workflows across facilities
- Mentor Product Managers and advance product discovery, delivery, and Agile practices across teams to accelerate time to value
- Typically 8 or more years of product management or equivalent relevant experience, including leadership of complex initiatives across multiple teams
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product outcomes and translating product strategy into execution
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and other software industry standards and best practices
- Technical acumen should include:
- Ability to engage directly with engineering teams to create technical user stories
- Understanding of technical architecture and its technical limitations
- Strong familiarity with backend products, data flows, and integrations approaches (e.g. APIs)
- Ability to influence without authority and communicate complex information to business, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Strategic product planning and analytical skills, including evaluating tradeoffs across product areas and navigating ambiguity
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
- Experience with enterprise billing, financial systems, or warehouse and logistics software is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
