About the Role

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate within an Agile delivery model
  • Ensure appropriate instrumentation, testing, and reporting capabilities are in place to support product performance and experimentation
  • Identify future and near-term risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, proactively driving resolution and partnering with other system teams as needed
  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end tax pro and client experience across releases
  • Serve as the BWO subject matter expert, acting as a bridge between Product Experience, Engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Support continuous optimization of the experience through A/B testing, experimentation, and ongoing product improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated learning mindset with experience applying experimentation frameworks to inform product decisions
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle and curiosity for emerging technologies
  • A track record of improving end-to-end user experiences, not just shipping individual features
