Our Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to deliver our strategy across new products and network sites, with a strong emphasis on delivery management.

You’ll work within a full-stack, cross-functional product team, delivering your team's roadmap, which works with our wider network of sites. You’ll be responsible for delivering a programme of change which drives sustainable commercial growth and product modernisation.

This role strongly focuses on execution. You’ll make sure your team remains focused on approved roadmap projects, whilst retaining enough day-to-day flexibility to balance short-term wins, bug fixes and technical enablement work. Your goal is to own agile software delivery within your team, whilst taking the time to learn and understand our complex product and community.
  • Deliver your team's roadmap, driving measurable improvements in commercial growth and product modernisation.
  • Continuously optimise user journeys and feature adoption using behavioural and commercial data.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the Design, Engineering and Community teams to deliver impact.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration, ensuring a high standard of product craft.
  • Improve experimentation processes where necessary, increasing decision-making speed without adding unnecessary red tape.
  • Conduct product research and discovery for new opportunities or novel problems.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of product experience, with demonstrated ownership of growth or conversion initiatives at a product-led organisation.
  • Experience delivering complex digital products in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience running structured experimentation programmes and making data-informed decisions.
  • Strong data fluency, using analytics, KPIs and user testing to validate opportunities and initiatives.
  • Take a pragmatic approach to delivery, finding user-centric products that are valuable, usable and feasible, balancing user experience with commercial impact.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and being ruthless with what you can and can’t achieve.
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence without authority to get buy-in and align stakeholders around shared success metrics.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Build trust through transparency and candour.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience leading growth in community, gaming or UGC platforms.
  • Interest in PC gaming.
  • Understanding of game modding and the Nexus Mods ecosystem.
  • Working with passionate communities.
Benefits
  • We work a 4-day week of 32 hours, with no reduction in pay.
  • An allowance of £25 each month to spend on video games.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Private BUPA healthcare for you and your family.
  • A very flexible training budget.
  • Regular social events throughout the year. Participation is optional!
Diversity and Inclusion
We celebrate diversity and want you to bring your whole self to work. Supporting an incredible community of tens of millions of users, we thrive on engaging as many views as possible to improve our platform. We see no reason why our culture should be any different.
