As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the vision and execution for our Ballistics product line one of our most strategically important offerings. You'll sit at the intersection of customer need, technical possibility, and business impact, working across engineering, marketing, and operations on products that genuinely matter.

What You'll Do

• Set the vision. Define and maintain a compelling product roadmap that aligns long-term strategy with near-term delivery across our Ballistics products.
• Lead with data. Build and track the metrics that tell you whether your products are healthy and act decisively when they aren't.
• Drive cross-functional execution. Partner closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure features are built, deployed, and adopted successfully. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping how this evolution unfolds.
• Go to market. Collaborate with marketing to shape launch strategy for key features and releases, from positioning through rollout.
• Solve hard problems. Many of the challenges we face don't have obvious solutions. You'll bring creative, collaborative thinking to problems the industry hasn't fully solved yet and you'll thrive doing it, even when the path forward isn't clear.
• Energize your Agile teams. Set a clear sprint vision, participate actively in standups, backlog refinement, and reviews — and celebrate the wins along the way. You'll be working with distributed, remote teams, so strong written communication and async collaboration are essential.
• Think beyond your products. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the broader LeadsOnline portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• A strong grasp of SaaS business models and what drives product success in a subscription environment
• Genuine passion for the investigative process and a desire to equip law enforcement with better tools
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority building consensus across engineering, sales, support, and leadership
• A self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward without waiting to be directed — especially important in an environment undergoing change
• Comfortable with ambiguity: you can make sound decisions with incomplete information and adjust quickly as the picture becomes clearer
• Confident and direct — you advocate clearly for your products, push back when needed, and earn buy-in through clarity and credibility
• Strong leadership presence: you inspire teams, navigate conflict constructively, and bring out the best in the people around you
• Experienced working with remote and distributed teams, with strong written communication and async collaboration skills
• Experience managing roadmaps, timelines, and cross-functional delivery in complex organizations
• Strong communication skills, comfortable in a sprint review and presenting to the executive team
• A data-driven mindset: you use metrics to prioritize, defend decisions, and course-correct
• Familiarity with the law enforcement technology space or connected device ecosystems (a plus, not a requirement)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus)
• Demonstrated experience owning a full product lifecycle from discovery through launch
• Experience working in or alongside Agile development teams
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing products for enterprise or B2B customers
• Prior exposure to law enforcement, public safety, or government technology (preferred, not required)
• Pragmatic Marketing certification or equivalent product framework training (preferred)
