POSITION SUMMARY

This is a fully remote position.

TriVoca Health is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of our research technology portfolio. This role will oversee core SaaS platforms for qualitative and quantitative research while helping define and build the next generation of products supporting healthcare market research, panel management, participant engagement, and AI-enabled research workflows and data management.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on product leader who enjoys solving meaningful customer problems, translating business strategy into scalable product solutions, and working closely with engineering, research operations, and commercial teams. 

The Senior Product Manager will own products from discovery through delivery, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. Success in this role requires strong product thinking, customer empathy, analytical decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and execution go hand in hand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for TriVoca’s research technology portfolio.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define product strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer and client needs to guide future product investments.
  • Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives when making product decisions. 

Product Discovery and Customer Insights

  • Conduct customer discovery with clients, research teams, and internal stakeholders to continue to refine products and identify unmet needs.
  • Translate customer and client insights and feedback into product opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, ROI, andstrategic value. 

Product Delivery

  • Lead products through the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Own product requirements and execution for all platform products as well as client-specific products. 
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Coordinate release planning, testing, rollout, and adoption activities.
  • Measure product success through defined KPIs and continuously optimize performance. 

Platform Innovation

  • Drive innovation across existing research platforms and future research-support technologies.
  • Help shape next-generation of capabilities supporting panel management, recruitment, participant engagement, workflow automation, and AI-assisted research.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities that enhance research productivity and customer outcomes. 

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches and customer adoption.
  • Present product vision, roadmap updates, and feature priorities to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Foster a customer-centric product culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar product leadership role.
  • Healthcare market research and technology experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing SaaS products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience partnering closely with software engineering teams.
  • Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and defining product roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives using customer insights, business value, and technical considerations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using product analytics and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment. 
  • Experience with qualitative research platforms, survey platforms, communities, or panel management technologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with participant recruitment, healthcare professional panels, or patient engagement solutions preferred.
  • Experience incorporating AI capabilities into existing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,000-$155,000, based on experience
