AI Summary

The role involves making clear design decisions, prioritizing tasks, and translating decisions into executable designs. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create clarity and stability in the design process.

Who we are

We are a B2B social media SaaS scale-up and OMR market leader (2025).
We work remote-first in cross-functional product teams.
We ship early, learn fast, and make decisions under uncertainty.

This role is for you if …

  • you make decisions with incomplete information

  • you take ownership of the next meaningful step

  • you create clarity instead of managing complexity

  • you see UX as a lever for impact, not a goal in itself

  • you ship early, take feedback seriously, and improve iteratively

Your requirements for the job

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product / UX Designer in B2B SaaS

  • End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area

  • High decision maturity under uncertainty

  • Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution

  • Experience working closely with engineers

  • Very confident using Figma

  • Excellent English

How we define seniority

For us, seniority does not mean more artifacts or workshops.
Seniority means making decisions, taking responsibility, and creating impact.

#WORKHAPPIER: Our Benefits for you

  • Remote-first work

  • 4-day week (first Friday of every month off)

  • Annual team offsites

  • Learning & development budget

  • Kindle with book flat-rate

Nice to have

Your tasks

What this role is really about

  • You make clear design decisions and stand behind them.

  • You actively prioritize — and decide what not to build.

  • You reduce complexity through structure, not explanations.

  • You work with Product and Engineering as equals.

  • You translate decisions into precise, executable designs.

  • After decisions are made, you create clarity and stability in the system.

This role is not for you if …

  • you need clear instructions before making decisions

  • you prefer to hedge decisions instead of owning them

  • you only feel comfortable once everything is perfectly defined

  • you avoid conflict or tension

One last thing

If you need clear briefs and fully defined requirements,
this role is not for you.

If you are looking for ownership and real impact,
we’d love to hear from you.
