As a Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead, you will:
- Partner with portfolio and organization leadership to develop and enable portfolio, aligned to enterprise portfolio operations to achieve portfolio initiatives their outcomes.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, to develop data-driven change strategies for key stakeholder groups.
- Build and manage portfolio transformation roadmaps to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement across technology and business/product leadership and leadership to drive understanding and adoption of key changes
- Develop Release Train Engineers to our Humana Ways of Working and enterprise tooling subject matter experts for Agile Release Trains and Scrum Teams
- Measure effectiveness of change interventions through defined metrics and continuously evolve plans to optimize adoption outcomes
- Regularly report activity status to organizational, portfolio and transformation leadership; proactively escalate and help resolve risks and issues
- Partners with leaders to align all continuous improvement goals and objectives
- Partner with Release Train Engineers in the portfolio to monitor activity level of continuous improvement, adoption of Humana Ways of Working, risks patterns and additional support needed to achieve desired results.

- Proven role-based career experience in SAFe environments as a Scrum Master, RTE, Enterprise Agile Coach, Enterprise Transformation Coach and standing up a portfolio to operating exceptionally
- Influence portfolio roadmap progress and risk mitigation by representing feedback and progress from the Agile Release Trains.
- Provide oversight to ensure ways of working adhere to enterprise standards for portfolio operations, tooling, adoption AI, security, and optimized process.
- Promote a mindset of enterprise thinking, focusing on long-term sustainability rather than point solutions.
- Mentor leaders, program and project managers, Product Managers, Architects, Product Owners and Scrum Masters on end-to-end, process-oriented designed and systems thinking.
- Identify areas with other functional leaders, associates, and customers to develop significant lean opportunities for improvement throughout the organization.
- Network with internal/external team members to bring best practices to lean projects and the organization.
- Develop, communicate and deliver training materials for Lean processes and principles, as well as other training materials as necessary.
- Provide education and mentoring to employees on Lean principles and techniques.
- Facilitates and leads the continuous improvement process by identifying training needs and providing training in problem solving methodology, problem solving workshops, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
- Ensure open communication throughout the site by creating a culture of transparency, ensuring leaders are not only informed but understand need actions or risk mitigation,
- Guide the development and maintenance of organizational goals, multi-layer objectives and metrics are being met to achieve the outcome, not the metric and the importance of data hygiene and practices to enable data-driven decisions.

Limited Geography Remote - This is a remote position but located within a specific geography.

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
