Are you an empathetic People Partner who loves helping leaders navigate team challenges while building the practical systems that shape company culture?
Join our team as a Senior People Success Partner, where you will balance hands-on advisory and coaching with framework design. In this role, roughly half of your time will be spent as a trusted advisor to our leaders, while the other half is spent building and iterating the people systems, culture, and performance tools that help us scale. Reporting to the People Success Manager, you will enjoy high autonomy, opportunities to mentor others help shape our 2027 People Success initiatives.

This role is remote and open to candidates across our supported locations in Europe. The range below reflects the full salary range for this role across the countries where it's available:
📍 UK: £63,600 – £95,400
📍 Spain: €46,800 - €70,200
Your Home Destination: 🛫 Local market rates and cost of living vary. Your specific range within this band depends on where you're based, and there's room to discuss what's right for the person and the role. We'll walk through your range together on your first call with our Talent team so we're aligned for takeoff! 🎒✨
