The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute tiered marketing strategies to drive pipeline and accelerate deals through technology and channel partners. This role involves managing MDF programs, creating co-marketing assets, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure partner marketing initiatives are measurable and aligned with business goals.

At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to join our growing Field and Partner Marketing organization. This role is the connective tissue between Dragos's partner ecosystem and our go-to-market engine — responsible for building and executing the marketing programs that enable partners to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and extend Dragos's reach into markets where we operate side by side with world-class technology and channel partners.

You will report to the Head of Global Field Marketing and work closely with the partner organization, demand generation, and field marketing teams to ensure partner marketing is integrated, measurable, and driving real business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility role at a company where the partner ecosystem is central to our growth strategy. If you are a builder who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you want your work to matter, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own a tiered partner marketing strategy aligned to Dragos's partner program, with clear prioritization across technology alliances, GSIs, channel partners, and MSSPs.
  • Build and maintain a rolling partner marketing calendar that aligns to key industry events, partner QBRs, and pipeline milestones.
  • Translate the partner business strategy into actionable, measurable marketing programs across sell-with and sell-through motions.
  • Design and execute co-marketing programs with priority partners that contribute directly to sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Own MDF program strategy and activation — ensuring funds are deployed against high-impact activities with clear ROI tracking and reporting.
  • Align partner marketing investments to target accounts and buying committee personas to support account-based motions.
  • Develop marketing enablement assets and playbooks that help partners effectively position and sell Dragos solutions.
  • Drive partner engagement through structured communications, co-branded campaigns, joint events, and partner incentive programs.
  • Build strong relationships with partner marketing counterparts to deepen co-marketing collaboration and increase partner-led pipeline.
  • Partner closely with demand generation, field marketing, and the partner organization to ensure programs are connected and not siloed. Ensure partner marketing activity is visible in pipeline reporting and campaign attribution frameworks.

Qualifications:

  •  6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on partner or channel marketingexperience working with Microsoft and Accenture is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience managing MDF programs and co-marketing relationships with technology alliance and channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and how partner programs can extend ABM motions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — you are as comfortable working with a partner's marketing team as you are with your internal sales and demand generation counterparts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to build compelling narratives for internal stakeholders and partners alike.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or a similarly complex B2B technology environment strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and partner relationship management (PRM) platforms a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $175,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan
