Drive global growth and expand the US footprint by building and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships. Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, and maximizing revenue growth through joint pitches.

We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our Partnerships team and help us accelerate our global growth and expand our US footprint.

We are flexible with the location of this role between either of our offices in Copenhagen or Wroclaw.

We are open to on-site, hybrid, and remote working.

About Us
Cookie Information and Piwik PRO are leading SaaS companies specializing in privacy-first compliance and analytics. Together, we’re building intuitive, user-friendly products that help organizations navigate data privacy and marketing insights.

The Role

As our Senior Partner Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind building and nurturing long-term partnerships to accelerate deal acquisitions and unlock new commercial opportunities. Your focus will be on expanding our footprint in the US market while supporting our existing global portfolio, where you’ll optimize pipeline velocity, lead joint pitches, and maximize revenue growth for both our partners and Cookie Information/Piwik PRO.

Your impact will include:

  • Championing the US Market: Adapt the product pitch to match local market dynamics and serve as the internal voice for US partner needs. Maintain the time zone flexibility and travel readiness required to support the region effectively.
  • Owning the Account Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned accounts - from onboarding and signing new partners to conducting performance check-ins and maintaining an up-to-date partner directory.
  • Ensuring Partner Success: Support partners through regular communication, ensuring a positive partner experience that keeps our product top-of-mind.
  • Collaborative Enablement: Orchestrate partner enablement and co-marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to prioritize partner needs, ensuring joint activities and  resources are tailored to fuel partner success.
  • Product Advocacy: Act as a product expert and public advocate through demos, training, and joint partner events.

About you

  • Proven experience in partnership management and/or B2B sales.
  • A commercial mindset - you have the ability to convert relationships into mutual commercial gains.
  • Great interpersonal skills - you build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • The ability to grasp technological concepts and translate them into value propositions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic marketing tools.
  • Experience with partner enablement, including developing resources for successful pitches and equipping partners to distribute our products effectively.
  • Comfortable working in and adapting to the evolving world and workflows of a SaaS scale-up.
  • Be ready (and even excited!) for travel and public speaking.
  • Fluency and confidence in English (this role is largely focused on US partners).

It would also be great if you are familiar with marketing/analytics technology landscape and tools.

What we offer:

  • A high-impact role in a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up, where your work will shape the future of privacy and analytics.
  • A yearly individual bonus tied to your achieved targets and the revenue growth of your portfolio.
  • An environment that encourages testing, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • A development budget to support your career aspirations, plus health insurance and other benefits.
  • An informal, supportive workplace where your ideas and contributions are valued.

Application process:
We’re looking to fill the position as soon as possible and will be inviting candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so don’t hesitate to send your application today.

This is what our recruitment process looks like:

  • A brief screening call with a Talent Partner (online)
  • An in-depth interview with the hiring manager and director (online)
