Senior Manager, Sleep Field Analytics and Operations

We're partnering with our client, a healthcare-focused organization, to find a talented Senior Manager, Sleep Field Analytics and Operations. This role is based remotely within the region and is a temporary position. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading analytics and operational initiatives to support the Sleep Franchise's strategic needs. *Senior Manager, Sleep Field Analytics and Operations Responsibilities:* * Oversee the development and enhancement of field reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability. * Lead the creation of KPIs and manage reporting processes to track and communicate field force performance. * Analyze trends and insights proactively, providing actionable recommendations to sales and marketing teams. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and implement data-driven solutions. * Serve as a key analytics partner, translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders across functions. *Senior Manager, Sleep Field Analytics and Operations Qualifications:* * Minimum of five years' experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or related fields within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. * Proven expertise in designing impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools. * Experience working with commercial datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, or comparable sources. * Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Demonstrated ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
