We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementation managing one or more Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) development projects with an individual contract value of $5 million or greater and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex enterprise SaaS projects throughout the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role requires expertise in Salesforce ecosystem integrations (with Socure), enterprise identity management (Salesforce integration with Okta), API platforms Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Salesforce project that integrated with Elastic (for enterprise log aggregation and management), and Agile project delivery. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of mission-critical technology solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:::
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience managing Information Technology (IT) implementation and integration projects, with responsibility for project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- At least three (3) years serving as the primary Project Manager, managing projects through all phases of the Software/System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initiation through project closure.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, communications, and overall project integration.
- Successfully managed or delivered at least two (2) Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience managing at least one Salesforce implementation integrating Socure Identity Proofing.
- Experience managing at least one Salesforce portal implementation utilizing Okta for identity and access management (IAM).
- Experience leading a Salesforce project that integrated with Elastic for enterprise log aggregation and management.
- Experience managing a project utilizing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) to deliver API services integrated with Salesforce.
- Experience managing one or more Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) development projects with an individual contract value of $5 million or greater.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
- Current and valid certification in one of the following:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) issued by Scrum Alliance
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
Desired Qualifications:::
- Three (3) or more years of experience supporting Salesforce-based State Benefits systems, such as Unemployment Insurance (UI), State Disability Insurance (SDI), Benefit Overpayment Services (BOS), or similar government Salesforce environments.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
