The designer will lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of an enterprise design system used by multiple development teams. They are responsible for normalizing user flows into consistent, reusable UI patterns across Salesforce implementations.

The User Researcher will derive roadmap priorities from research data to inform product strategy and design decisions. They will also conduct inclusive research and establish UX benchmarks to measure the impact of new designs against legacy systems.

Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including plugins, workflows, and forms. Manage environment deployments and integrate the platform with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
