Position Objective, Typical Duties and Responsibilities
As a Senior Investment Service Associate, you will serve as a key contributor within the Investment Service and Support Division, delivering high-quality service to advisors using our investment platforms serving wealth management advisors and their clients. You will collaborate closely with advisors and internal teams to provide reliable and efficient support. This position is 100% remote and will be working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities 
  • World Alternative Investments Platform Liaison
    • Advisor Service
      • Serve as the primary Service & Support contact for World’s Alternative Investments platform, partnering with Investments, Operations, and Platform teams on day-to-day support. 
      • Manage advisor onboarding and access requests, including login support, password resets, and basic platform navigation help.
      • Support advisor product training and compliance workflows by helping track required education and resolve training-related issues in the platform. 
      • Provide advisor training on iCapital platform technology.
    • Service Requests and Workflows
      • Triage, route, and process alternative investments-related requests from advisors, inboxes, and intake forms to the appropriate internal teams. 
      • Coordinate operational workflows tied to the platform, including account opening, subscriptions, withdrawals, and document support. 
      • Partner with reporting and platform teams to help address data-feed issues, reporting gaps, and manual workarounds involving iCapital and alternative investments.
      • Escalate service issues to iCapital and coordinate internal follow-up to ensure advisor issues are resolved promptly.
    • Platform Management
      • Maintain accurate logs, lists, and records for available and previously-available alternative investment products.
      • Maintain accurate and timely structured notes offerings on iCapital according to World policies and advisor requests.
      • Develop and maintain advisor-facing resources such as FAQs, training references, key contacts, and process guides related to iCapital and alternatives.
      • Help communicate and direct platform governance with advisors, including World policies, appropriate processes and procedures, and exception processes when appropriate.
    • Assist the internal team with meeting the SLAs set forth by Investment Team leadership.
    • Other relevant tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Investment Team leadership.
  • World Managed Account Platform (WorldMAP) Liaison
    • Launching New Accounts on WorldMAP
      • Verify new account forms are in good order and then ensure new accounts are set up correctly on WorldMAP with Vestmark.
    • Updating Existing Accounts on WorldMAP
      • Verify requested updates to existing WorldMAP accounts are in good order and then ensure accounts are correctly updated per the advisor’s instructions with Vestmark.
    • Reviewing and Processing WorldMAP Service and Trading Requests
      • Properly prioritize and then process standard WorldMAP service requests and trading requests submitted by advisors for their client accounts.
      • Ensure the service requests and trading requests are completed correctly and confirm completion with advisors.
    • Creating and Maintaining Model Portfolio Allocations
      • Create and update model portfolio allocations for home office model portfolios and advisor model portfolios on WorldMAP, proposal systems, and other programs, as needed.
      • Maintain appropriate documentation and communications for all model portfolio changes.
    • Issue Remediation and Risk Monitoring
      • Assess issues, determine appropriate remedy, and implement solutions, as needed and in conjunction with Investment Team members and/or leaders.
      • Revert any requests or accounts not in good order (NIGO) back to the submitting advisor with details on the issues causing the NIGO.
      • Monitor platform for compliance and regulatory risks to client accounts, the WorldMAP platform, and the company, and escalate identified issues to Investment Team leadership.
    • Provide advisor training on Vestmark technology.
    • Assist the internal team with meeting the SLAs set forth by Investment Team leadership.
    • Other relevant tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Investment Team leadership.
  • Advisor Service:
    • Review and respond to investment team service requests for both WorldMAP and the World Alternatives Investments Platform

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant wealth management industry experience
  • 3 or more years of relevant wealth management industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal client communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and excellent responsiveness to requests/questions in a professional setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent accountability for deadlines and execution of tasks and follow-up.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Preference Given to Candidates with the Following Qualifications:
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Experience with alternatives investments, structured notes, or managed accounts.
  • Experience with wealth management technology and platforms (iCapital, CAIS Vestmark, Envestnet, Orion, Assetmark, and other similar systems)
  • Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63/65 combination (or willingness to get them in first 12 months of joining team).

Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $60,000 to $80,000. This range is an estimate, based on candidate qualifications and operational needs.  The firm also has an annual bonus program.
