Senior Internal Analyst - LATAM Remote

The Analyst will lead reporting and analytics activities for the company, focusing on delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis and visualization. This role requires a senior-level professional with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL, as well as experience with statistical tools. The Analyst will partner closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, develop dashboards and reports, and present insights that support decision-making. Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful outcomes are essential. The role reports directly to the Manager or Sr. Manager of Business Analytics and requires availability to travel to Tampa with valid documentation.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior-level experience (5+ years preferred)
  
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake
  
• Solid data analytics and data visualization skills
  
• Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards
  
• Ability to translate business needs into data insights
  
• Availability to travel to Tampa for two weeks every other month.
  
• Valid documentation for travel (visa/passport in order)
  
• Time zone: EST
  
• Candidates based in Latin America are strongly preferred due to time zone alignment and travel requirements
  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, STATA, R, Excel, or similar)
  
• Solid data analysis and statistical skills
  
• Project management experience (planning, execution, stakeholder coordination)
