About the role:

We are searching for a  Senior Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in orchestrating AI-powered creative projects for premium brands. The successful candidate will effortlessly combine traditional project management expertise with the latest in AI production methodologies, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. 

The ideal individual for this role will be both passionate and talented, capable of managing several mid-to-high complexity projects simultaneously. A meticulous eye for detail is essential, as is a clear understanding of the financial impact that each project has on the agency. You will have demonstrated your reliability by consistently ensuring the smooth, day-to-day running of numerous high-profile projects for prestigious clients. 

What You'll be Doing: 

Project Leadership 

• Lead and manage mid to high complex, multi-channel initiatives utilizing Gen AI technologies. 
• Lead integrated teams of creative, strategy, and AI production professionals.
• Focus on delivering exceptional results by ensuring project excellence throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain project management best practices for effective execution.
• Oversee optimal resource allocation to support project goals.
• Actively manage timelines to ensure successful and timely project delivery. 

AI Production Management 

• Lead the integration and optimization of Gen AI workflows within creative projects. 
• Manage the implementation of AI tools in alignment with project schedules.
• Coordinate collaboration between traditional production and AI-powered streams.
• Ensure the quality of AI-generated assets throughout the production process.
• Track and report key production metrics related to AI workflows. 

Client & Team Management 

• Build, lead and maintain strong relationships with premium brand stakeholders. 
• Lead internal and external communications, ensuring clear conveyance of project objectives and updates.
• Manage cross-functional team dynamics as a key responsibility.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and results.
• Oversee effective budget control and resource management to keep projects on track and within scope. 

Project Planning & Execution 

• Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate AI workflows, ensuring every project is mapped out. 
• Identify and mitigate risks, with a focus on those specific to AI production processes.
• Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget, maintaining strict adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards for all deliverables.
• Continuously optimize processes and enhance efficiency to ensure successful project outcomes. 

Core Qualifications & Skills: 

• 8+ years' integrated project management, including premium/luxury brand experience 
• Expertise in team coordination, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient with project management software, Microsoft Office, creative and AI production workflows
• Skilled in budget development, financial reporting, and resource optimization
• Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in risk mitigation, quality control, documentation, and status reporting
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive successful, innovative project outcomes
