The analyst will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Cash & Trading domain capabilities to ensure high-quality business processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and perform root cause analysis on system defects.

Job Summary:
In alignment with the business strategy, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly analytical Senior IS Automation Quality Control Analyst to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality business processes for Cash & Trading domain capabilities by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts that support software products for the Bank’s Institutional Services (IS) customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system architecture, product requirements, and deliver test automation solutions that ensure both functional and non-functional quality coverage. Reporting to the QA Manager to support Cash & Trading domain, you will be responsible for defining and executing the manual & automation testing for core capabilities such as Trust Accounting Platform and its ecosystem, including daily client reporting, multi-format statement generation, and internal operational reporting.
You will also share accountability for production support, partnering with technology and operations teams to perform post production validation and ensure the ongoing stability and reliability of Cash & Trading domain capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ software quality assurance and control experience, with creation and maintenance of test scripts for desktop/web applications/API/webservices testing or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ software quality assurance and control experience, with creation and maintenance of test scripts for desktop/web applications/API/webservices testing
Strong programming skills in one or more pertinent languages
Sound understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and processes
Sound knowledge of agile development methodologies and Development Operations practices
Familiarity with pertinent defect tracking systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Education and Experience Preferred:
Minimum of 7 years’ software quality assurance and control experience
Experience in testing cloud-based applications and APIs
Strong domain expertise in Cash & Trading domain such as Trust Accounting Platform and its ecosystem, including daily client reporting, multi-format statement generation, and internal operational reporting.
Exposure to fintech platforms and emerging technologies, with a solid understanding of modern digital ecosystems and integration patterns.
Exposure to AI concepts and tools (e.g., AI-assisted testing, test data generation, intelligent automation) is highly preferred, with the ability to apply AI-driven approaches to improve QA efficiency and coverage.
ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) or similar QA certification
Experience with pertinent performance and load testing tools
Exposure to security testing practices and tools

The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
