You will develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for the US market, managing everything from creator selection to budget allocation. You are responsible for performance metrics, including ROAS and CPM, while building long-term partnerships with US creators and agencies.

Du entscheidest, wie Doonails bei US-Creator:innen stattfindet: welche Profile, welche Deal-Modelle, welche Kanäle, welche Skalierung. Du berichtest direkt an unsere Team Lead Influencer Marketing, hast enges Sparring und gleichzeitig volle strategische Freiheit, ohne lange Abstimmungsschleifen.
Du entwickelst den Plan und setzt ihn selbst um. Eine seltene Chance, einen Markt von Tag eins an aufzubauen, mit echtem Budget und echter Verantwortung.
