Senior Full Stack Developer MEAN

As a Fullstack Developer at Halo, you will own the end-to-end development of applications, from frontend interfaces to backend services. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions for client projects, combining strong technical expertise with a high level of ownership and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Development

• Design and implement both frontend and backend services

• Build scalable and maintainable fullstack applications

• Ensure seamless integration between UI and backend systems

• Front-end Development: Creating responsive, user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

• Back-end Development: Building server-side logic, APIs, and microservices using languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.

• Database Management: Designing, optimizing, and managing databases (SQL or NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and performance.

• System Architecture: Developing end-to-end systems, managing API integration, and ensuring system security.

• Testing and Deployment: Handling debugging, troubleshooting, automated testing, and deploying applications using CI/CD tools.

• Collaboration: Working within Agile teams to plan, develop, and deploy software alongside designers and product managers.

2. Product & Technical Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into full technical solutions

• Contribute to product and architecture decisions

3. Code Quality & Ownership

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code across the stack

• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices

• Maintain documentation and technical standards

4. Performance & Scalability

• Optimize application performance across frontend and backend

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack

• Ensure system reliability and scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with strong specialization in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).

• Strong experience with Angular for frontend development and Node.js with Express.js for backend systems.

• Experience working with APIs and databases

• Familiarity with cloud platforms

• Strong system thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in agile environments

• High ownership, autonomy, and ability to manage end-to-end delivery
